Gasparilla Distillery & Cocktail Bar is a farm to bar top distillery and brewery. We distill, age, blend, and/or infuse all of our spirits in house from scratch. These can be bought by the bottle or you can sit down in our pirate bar to enjoy our spirits in all their glory, mixed with fresh ingredients in a delicious cocktail form. If cocktails aren't for everyone in your group, we also brew all of our own beer and hard seltzer that is available only at our bar.

At The Copper Shaker we offer contemporary, innovative, and traditional craft cocktails, as well as a variety of craft beers and barrel-aged spirits. Our kitchen parallels the cocktail program with an eclectic menu of New American Gastropub fare, featuring seasonal and international influences.

Tokyo Swim Club is a rooftop cocktail lounge opening Fall 2026 in West Ybor. From the team behind Kōsen and Tantō, the open-air space blends craft cocktails with Izakaya-style dining—sushi, handrolls, and yakitori—led by Director of Beverage and Sustainability Mike Western and Executive Chef Andrew Huang. Inspired by the allure of retro 1960s Tokyo members-only clubs, the space is anchored by a central bar with striped pool umbrellas, lush greenery, and layered lounge seating, creating a vibrant, resort-like atmosphere that feels both relaxed and nostalgic.

Alter Ego is a music-forward cocktail lounge, including small bites, and offers an energetic vibe and proper, soulful hospitality. Alter Ego boasts a curated musical experience alongside a monochromatic design that includes intimate seating and social spaces. Owned and operated by The Proper House Group and critically acclaimed Chef Ferrell Alvarez, and partners Chon Nguyen and Ty Rodriguez. The Proper House Group and Alvarez’s team are also behind the acclaimed restaurant Rooster & the Till in Tampa’s Seminole Heights neighborhood, a recent recipient of Michelin’s Bib Gourmand Award.

Morgan’s Cove is the perfect complement to its sister property, the British pub Yeoman’s, located next door on Morgan Street in Tampa. Morgan’s Cove offers an escape to a seaside pirate tavern, a place where pirates, plunderers, and privateers would gather to enjoy rum, whiskey, and other spirits while boasting about their exploits on the high seas and encounters with mythical sea creatures. Immerse yourself in this ancient swashbuckler’s den and enjoy a cocktail from our expansive drink menu. Taking cues from Tampa’s history of 17th century pirates, traders, and privateers, Punch Room at The Tampa EDITION, the first in North America, brings forth a menu dedicated to flavors and spirits of the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico, the cradle to so many contributions in the evolution of punch. Join us for this mixology-guided tour of the islands, as we dive deep into the regional history of punches, exploring the terroir of cane spirits and a rich variety of tropical fruits and spices.
