At Coco’s Sandwich Shop, great food starts with great people, and a story that’s been growing for over 35 years. Owned by Carlos, Coco’s Sandwich Shop has been serving the community with doors open Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. and open on Saturdays where breakfast is served all day from from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., continuing the tradition that made Coco’s a local favorite while adding his own vision along the way. After taking over from the original owner, Carlos remodeled the entire restaurant to truly make it his own, creating a welcoming space where customers can slow down, sit together, and enjoy a great meal.
