Built in 1926, Tampa’s majestic movie palace hosts more than 600 events each year, including first-run films, classic movies, concerts, corporate events, educational programs, weddings and tours. It is a passionately protected landmark and one of America’s best-preserved movie palaces. The majestic building is owned by the City of Tampa and operated as a dynamic film and cultural center by the not-for-profit Tampa Theatre Foundation. Programming is sponsored in part by the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, Florida Council on Arts and Culture, and the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners. Tampa Theatre is a proud member of the League of Historic American Theatres and the Art House Convergence.

CMX CinéBistro Hyde Park is a one-of-a-kind elevated movie-going experience with amenities such as full-service in-theatre dining, extensive beer, wine & cocktail selections and a chef-crafted menu. All auditoriums feature 4k digital projection and 7.1 surround sound. Guests may choose to dine in our restaurant and bar if not seeing a movie and are never required to order food or drinks when seeing a movie. We also offer traditional movie concessions such as hot, fresh popcorn, candies and snacks. The multi-functional theater is also available to rent for movie screenings, birthday parties, corporate events, meetings, and all kinds of celebrations.

Screen Door is a 38-seat microcinema located in the Kress Annex Building on bustling 7th Avenue in the heart of Ybor City. We show films, videos, and moving-image work of all kinds. We are a community cinema focused on sharing new visionary films and repertory films and digital works of all modalities and genres. We screen celluloid-based film as well as digital cinema. We're small, but we have BIG ideas.
