The Downtown Tampa Y wellness center serves the central business district of Tampa. The Downtown Y features luxury locker rooms with a dry sauna in both the men’s and women’s amenities. It’s easy to jump into a group exercise class during the workweek. Classes are offered in the early morning, lunchtime and evening. The Studio at the Downtown Y features small group training classes and yoga classes in a studio separate from the wellness facility.
