We throw it back to the golden age of ice cream-making with our traditional custard base, made simply with: Florida Milk and cream, all-natural egg yolks, pure cane sugar and a dash of sea salt. Bright Ice is a small batch ice cream shop centrally located in downtown Tampa, FL. All of our ice cream is made fresh, and we feature unique flavor profiles that are absolutely delicious, and of the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our artisan gelato is special because we make our own Gelato base daily with fresh ingredients. We do not use industrial bases whatsoever. Our secret lies in the meticulous search of the components used in our recipes. Some are imported from our homeland of Italy, and others from various regions of the world. We use pistachios from Bronte, Sicily; hazelnuts from Langhe, Piedmont; as well as Vairhona chocolate, which sources cocoa beans of the finest variety from a plantation in Venezuela. We serve our customers a healthier product by using low fat milk, which does not contain artificial hormones or antibiotics.

Lily's Sweet Treats is Harbour Island's most fun ice cream and milkshake shop serving build-your-own cereal-infused swirl cups, cones and milkshakes with vanilla, chocolate, seasonal or dairy-free bases, inside The Fold. Every treat is made to order, every time. The combinations are endless. Pick two mix-ins from a lineup of cereals, candies and fresh fruit, add a topping and make it yours or let a Signature Special do the work. Pre-mixed pints are available to take home for when the craving hits later. Kids eat for half price Monday through Friday from 4 to 6pm, making Lily's the sweetest after-school stop on Harbour Island. Dairy-free options available for every style on the menu.
