The City Center at Hanna Avenue (2555 East Hanna Ave), a 161,000 sq. ft., U.S. Green Building – Gold LEED building in efficiency and its adjacent greenspace known as "Hanna Square" serve as a gathering space for neighborhood residents and City departments. This municipal building increases efficiencies across City operations, brings government closer to the people, and represents a brighter future for all of Tampa. The City Center is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is home to 6 City of Tampa departments: - Dept of Growth & Development - Dept of Logistics and Asset Management - Dept of Neighborhood & Community Affairs - Purchasing Dept - Technology & Innovation Dept - Water Dept
