Tokyo Swim Club is a rooftop cocktail lounge opening Fall 2026 in West Ybor. From the team behind Kōsen and Tantō, the open-air space blends craft cocktails with Izakaya-style dining—sushi, handrolls, and yakitori—led by Director of Beverage and Sustainability Mike Western and Executive Chef Andrew Huang. Inspired by the allure of retro 1960s Tokyo members-only clubs, the space is anchored by a central bar with striped pool umbrellas, lush greenery, and layered lounge seating, creating a vibrant, resort-like atmosphere that feels both relaxed and nostalgic.

Sky Puppy Brewing lives inside Casa Bomberos, Originally constructed in 1888, Casa Bomberos served as Tampa Fire Station #2 until 1924 and is the oldest extant original firehouse in the city. The 2,000 square foot brewery is conveniently located on the bottom floor, on E 8th Ave just one block from the districts main strip at Trolley Stop #4.
